Sunday 1st: Book making at Sissinghurst castle Gardens 11.am - 3pm: create your own small book £3

Wednesday 4th: Open Morning at Sissinghurst CEP School. 9.15 - 11.30. come along and see this successful school. 01580 713895

Thursday 5th:
1. CRANBROOK BONFIRE NIGHT: Professional fireworks display starting 5pm at Cranbrook Primary school. Tickets £5 (£3 Children) from Phillips Man's Shop. Hot and cold drinks available
2. Cranbrook Art Show: Vestry Hall 10 am till 5pm
3. Lunchtime concert in St Dunstan's Church by Cranbrook School music students. concert 1.00pm with light lunch at 12.30. Donations to Friend s of St Dunstan's

Friday 6th: Cranbrook Art Show: Vestry Hall 10 am till 5pm

Saturday 7th : Cranbrook Art Show: Vestry Hall 10 am till 5pm

Sunday 8th: Remembrance Sunday: Service in St Dunstan's at 10.45 followed by parade to war memorial.

Wednesday 11th: The Cranbrook & District Local History Society talk at Cranbrook Primary School, 7.30pm: Ellen Terry – Darling of the Gods, Alan Stockwell

Saturday 21st: Race Night organised by Cranbrook Bowls Club: 6.30pm for 7.15pm, Vestry Hall. tickets £10: includes a Fish and Chip Supper. Bring your drinks and glasses. For tickets telephone 01580 714843 or 01580 752486.

Thursday 26th: Cranbrook CEP Primary School Open Morning. 9.30 - 11.00am for all parents with children due to start in September 2010

Saturday 28th:
1. Farmers' market in Cranbrook from 9am - noon: Vestry Hall
2. Christmas Fair at Hartley house 2.30 - 4.30. Come and jointhe fun with side shows, christmas gifts to buy and refreshments.
3. Concert: Cranbrook Symphony Orchestra Concert, 7.30pm in St Dunstan’s Church. Guest soloist Alice McVeigh performing Elgar's Cello Concerto. Also: Dvorak New World Symphony, Sibelius Karelia Suite. Tickets: £10 adult, £5 student From: Crane Bookshop

Sunday 29th: Finchcocks Christmas Fair from 11am - 5.00pm. Informal Seasonal Music * Hot Lunches, Teas & Refreshments ENTRANCE: ADULTS £5.00 CHILDREN £2.00 at Finchcocks, Goudhurst

Monday 30th Nearly new sale at Cranbrook Children's Centre: toys, baby equipment. £2 per table to sell and 50p entrance fee to buy. refreshments available: 01580 713296

Wednesday 2nd: Friends of St Dunstan's Lunchtime concert at 1pm with light lunch from 12.30. Piano trio (piano, violin and cello)

Wednesday 9th The Cranbrook & District Local History Society at Cranbrook Primary School, 7.30pm: Christmas Festivities. Odds and ends of Cranbrook history Peter Allen

FRIDAY 25TH CHRISTMAS DAY
1. The Strict Baptist Chapel at St David's Bridge Cranbrook, will be conducting a service God willing at 9.30am .The service will be approx 60 minutes in length with traditional carols. All are welcome, and if you have had a Bible given to you by the Pastor when you were at school, why not bring it along to use! For further information phone the Pastor, Mr Wheatley on 713212
